Eating healthy is hard enough. I love my carbs, so I can’t eat keto. I found a happy medium in a low carb diet. This gives me the freedom to still enjoy things I love. I simply use small adjustments to focus on protein intake and remain low carb. I learned very early on if I cut things out of my diet that I love I wouldn’t stick to it.
I choose to make changes and still eat things I enjoy like this protein shake cake. Its high in protein, low in carbs, and still satisfies my sweet tooth. This easy protein shake cake tastes so good even my kids love it! You can add whip cream to act as the icing, but in my opinion this low carb cake is sweet enough without it.
The best part of these low carb protein cupcakes, are they are only 4 ingredients! I recommend making cupcakes, but that is just a personal preference.
